Land and infrastructure
We assess soil quality and the availability of key infrastructure to ensure feasibility. This includes not only physical availability but also industrial compatibility, utilities, easements, and access.
Energy
We ensure competitive access to electricity, renewables and essential utilities with a long-term perspective.
Supply resilience, energy cost, and integration possibilities are also being studied.
Feedstock
We verify the availability, traceability, volume, and sustainability of raw materials for a responsible value chain, including diversification, chain of custody, and logistics economics.
Logistics
We analyze ports, storage, and connectivity to optimize flows and reduce logistics costs.
In addition, we take into account road and rail connections, operators, raw material input and product output.
Regulation and certification
We deal with permitting and key standards (CORSIA, RED III, SICBIOS) to ensure compliance and expedite permits in areas such as environment or industrial safety
Market and finance
We structure offtake, pricing, risks, CAPEX/OPEX, capital structure, bankability requirements, and a robust financial architecture to maximize viability and return.
